Cookies Settings

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on your next request. greatify.ai uses very few of them. This page lists exactly what we set, why, and how you stay in control. Accepting cookies is not a requirement for using the site.

Types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies are needed for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a demo request or navigating between pages.
  • Preference cookies remember choices you make, such as your consent selection, so you are not asked on every visit.
  • Analytics cookieshelp us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed and where we can improve. They are used in aggregate and are only set after you accept analytics in the consent banner.

How Greatify uses cookies

We use cookies to keep the website secure and reliable, to remember your privacy choices, and — with your consent — to measure how our pages perform so we can improve the experience for institutions evaluating ExamX. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your personal information to third parties.

Managing your cookies

  1. Use the consent banner on your first visit to accept or decline analytics cookies.
  2. Change your mind at any time: the “Cookies Settings” link in the footer reopens the banner.
  3. Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you clear cookies already stored and refuse new ones; disabling essential cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

For more detail on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and the rules we follow

Non-essential cookies are set only with your opt-in consent, in line with Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the cookie guidance under the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Visitors in India are covered by the Digital Personal Data Protection framework administered by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Frequently asked questions

Does greatify.ai use cookies?

Yes, but sparingly. The site sets one preference value to remember your consent choice, and Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) only after you accept analytics. Vercel's analytics run without third-party cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Do I have to accept cookies to use the website?

No. Every page, form and download works if you decline. Declining only switches off analytics measurement; essential functionality does not depend on optional cookies.

How do I change or withdraw my cookie choice?

Open the Cookies Settings link in the footer to reopen the consent banner and change your choice at any time. You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings, which resets the banner.

Does Greatify use cookies for advertising or sell my data?

No. Cookies on greatify.ai are used for security, remembering your preferences and, with consent, aggregated analytics. We do not build advertising profiles or sell personal information to third parties.

What is the legal basis for analytics cookies?

Analytics cookies are set only on your opt-in consent, which is the basis the GDPR (Article 6(1)(a)) and the UK's PECR guidance require for non-essential cookies. Essential cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
